bunting

my project for the last day or two has been to make some pretty bunting…

each of the letters have been hand stitched, using a big and contrasting blanket stitch, adding a bit of texture.

i love the mismatched yet complimentary fabrics - i think they’ve come up looking great together!

bunting with birthday and christmas greetings might be coming next…

    I love it!
    After making xmas bunting last year I plan to make more to deck out the house because it’s so much better than plastic garlands.. can’t wait to see your take - if you make some to sell I’ll be a buyer! I love handmade xmas.
