an autumn day
today was a perfect day.
we went to visit my mum at her house in the hills. sajee sat by the fire, reading, and studying:
mum pottered around, making tea, feeding us cake, and knitting:
the holly tree was covered in berries, and the autumn leaves were turning yellow:
… and i spent most of the afternoon snoozing on the couch.
delightful!
